June 15th - National Salvation Day of Azerbaijanis

On June 15th 1993, the day when Heydar Aliyev assumed leadership at the persistent requests of the people has gone down in history as the National Salvation Day. This salvation quickly manifested itself not only in politics but also in the economy, education, culture and daily lives of the people. May Azerbaijan`s independence, our people`s freedom be eternal!
